Waltz Construction was founded by Matt Waltz and Paul Nowak, Arizona natives who both graduated from ASU’s Del E. Webb School of Construction. Both Matt and Paul started their careers at one of the nation’s largest construction management firms. During this time, they learned the best practices from the best in the industry. In 2005, after 10 years learning the ropes, Matt and Paul decided to pursue their dream of owning and operating a construction management company based in Tempe AZ. Their mission was to create a company that embodied all the best practices from the tried and true methods they had learned, leave behind all the politics of a large company, and operate as a small business.
Waltz is currently managing over $20 Million a year, has 50% of business from repeat clients and employees 12 full-time employees.
